Hi /wsr/, please recommend me a bleak and hopeless anime.

Preferably something with a "bad" ending, like the protag kills themself or something. The anime doesn't necessarily need to be something sad, but more along the lines of Kaiji. Don't worry about recommending something I've already seen, I hardly watch any anime.

Looking at its premise, you might think this is a joke rec, but shit does get really dire later on. Not the darkest anime out there by any stretch, but it is quite shocking when the main event happens.
