I'm in need of some anime that I can binge watch because I'm out of date when it comes to it. Please recommend me some and give me a reason why. Only anime in 2015 I've watched is One Punch Man and that's it. Looking for action and plot.

If you are into fantasy stuff, check out Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis. It has both action and plot, nice animation (though there is a slight quality dip in the second half), nice direction, and can actually funny sometimes. It's not edgefag or grimdark fantasy, so if you only like that kind of fantasy, you may not like it.
