My phone just got from 3% to 100% in 1 second, I am not exaggerating, should I change the battery?

it could just be the software that monitors the battery level is confused.

why would you change a battery that charges this fast?
on a serious note though, see if it empties in the same time, if yes, get a new one, if no (and duration seems reasonable) keep it.
