The guy playing the clerk at the desk in this scene is a Danish comedian called Frank Hvam. It was really fucking surprising to see him in Game of Thrones, even if it was a small role. I've never seen him do much other than comedy in his acting career.
Funny part is that the voice in the full clip is not his own, it's dubbed over. His English normally carries a very thick Danish accent.

The charging scene wasn't CGI either, they actually had a stampede of horses charging at Kit.
For the webm in question, it was a routine they practiced for a very long time. The horse that runs in front of him is CGI, they added it later to look like hes in the middle, but everything else is pretty much happening. Some wire work, and some touch up with after effects, but theres little CGI in that scene.
