Heres the short answer. When you focus on something, the things in front and behind it are out of focus. Think about this, whats the rate of unfocus to distance from the thing you are focused on? When you are focused on something ten feet away, is the thing eleven feet away only a little unfocused, or totally out of focus?
Tiny things are very out of focus from whats near by. Big things are almost as in focus with whats nears by. You can do the opposite effect, and film really tiny things, but increase the focus of near by things, and it will appear massive.

Also when I tried using some site to convert the .wmv the filesize goes from 5mb to 20 mb when converting to webm, frustrating as all hell, I literally have no problem converting to any other file other than webm.
