isn't really creative, but an easy way to do it. expand the image so the canvas is 16:9 with both sides blank. Right side I just copied pasted and blended quickly with clone stamp. Left side I did a little content aware scale, then copy pasted and blended. I did it fast not really looking to make it nice since you just wanted an Idea of how to do it. If you took more than 3 minutes like I did you could make a nice looking image
