How do you do that? I've been trying to do it on photoshop with the pen tool, but it just doesn't seem right to me. Is there a tutorial somewhere or something?

Different request guy, but you're gonna need to use a vector based software (Illustrator, Inkscape, etc), photoshop won't cut it (It's raster based).

Using illustrator is probably the better option, I just use photoshop because I'm used to it.
Anyway this is one I made a couple of days ago, I'm going to make the rest of the set soon (did anyone even watch this?)

The line to the right (from our perspective) of her blazer buttons varies in thickness quite a bit. Look at the same part on the original (It's flipped around though).
