Honestly, there's no reason not to fight gyms. I'm in an area dominated by Valor and Mystics, as an Instinct. I also just turned level eight today. There's no real repercussion for losing to gyms and it's not hard to beat a gym with a pokemon with less than 1K cp.

Walking around my village I get one pokemon maybe every 5 mins. I went to the local supermarket and had pokemon lined up waiting to be caught, albeit they were shitmons but whatever.
There wasnt even a pokestop nearby or anything yet it was crawling with pokes. Does the game somehow register densely populated areas? As far as the game was concerned that supermarket wasnt there, it didnt even show up on the radar. Maybe more stuff spawns where more people with the app open are ?

It doesn't matter. The game freezes when either the Pokemon was caught, or got out then ran away. The only inconvenience is restarting the app. The result is already determined. You're not losing a Pokemon due to the freeze.

I often had this bug and not only because f the server but because of my phone too when my 4g went nuts. It seems to bug because of a communication problem with the server ( = eve if the server works but your 4g doesn't when you launch the ball, it creates the same result)
So I guess the "captured or not" depend of WHEN the connexion is cut

Yea, I guess. Arent wooden areas and rivers and such things registered or marked differently in google maps? Couldnt they have the script perform spawns atleast in such a way that grass types spawn in woods and water pokemon spawn near water marks? Because as far as I see it, nothing changed when I spend a couple of hours in my local wood area jogging, I still only got rattatatatatas and the same goes for the canal and the small rivers nearby.

When do I consistently start getting better Pokemon?
I'm at level 11 right now but I can't really seem to level up that fast since I keep catching the same old shit and PokeStops are pretty rare.

im playing it in full screen, if that helps. I guess it does as it gives you more room to do a nice throw. You can also try curve balls although this may make it harder
How to spoof? There's a gym in the park down the road but it's a mobile deadspot, and impossible to actually battle there.

It's supposed to be the case and the game recognize water as water already. Wooden areas and all aren't the real problem (and I wouldn't consider them "more dangerous" than anything else personally), it's more about private places and all.

Has anybody ever had this issue where a Pokeball... rolled away from you? after catching a Pokemon.
The only gym within 5miles has been owned by this same kid with a 750CP Pidgeot for the last 3 days.
I can't even get anything above 400CP to take him down and i'm level 12.
There is literally no good mons out here either, and getting to this level has been such a struggle with all these server issues.
Is the only good way to get rare and high CP pokes to pop a lure at a pokestop ?
Mine is at a pub and I feel like an autist sitting there drinking alone.
