I live in a fairly rural neighborhood, but there's a neat little shopping district near me that they put in about 6 years ago, and have been building up since. It's got a grocery store, a clothing store, an entire strip of beauty shops, lots of restaurants, and a dentist. I found the Dragonite in a little break in the parking lot, with a covered bench, halfway between the clothing store and an Outback Steakhouse.

How rare are Dratinis? Cause when the game first launched I was pretty stoked after I found one in a park a block away from my house but literally everytime I go back to that park there is always at least 2 Dratinis (sometimes 3) there.

Saw a dragonair recently off a random shopping center leading back into some neighborhood, but I wasn't enough of a creeper to go get it even if it's one of my favorites...

Level 12, and this is the best thing i've found so far(got it at 11 today before I leveled up). I feel like I never find anything of high CP. Already got 75 pokemon caught, a couple of rare ones, but they are always super low CP.
