then plan is to basically put NPC gym leaders on gyms where the leaders are RIP. The gyms that are ran by players can still keep going. This way people can collect their badges without having to wait for leaders to be on.
Once the league is built, the plan is to have an E4+ champ composed of players and is determined the same way the current gym leaders are selected.

thing is from all the gens that i played on, player gyms never worked out very well and E4 never happened at all. Genfour on the other hand had NPC gyms but league never happened at all even though the building for it was made as shown in pic related.
Also it would be nice if we can have NPC trainers on dead towns that gives good items to make them less dead

I'm in to Pokémon, but I'm not the type of person to discriminate based on IVs or spend HOURS fully training entire teams, especially because I change my team about an hour after making it
I'll just stick to building my house and hoping it doesn't look like an ugly cobblemonster once I finish.
