Right now you've got a great card, but a somewhat boring character! He's a dude who wants to be the best, and likes being alone, but is okay with friendship developing from others' efforts. Your pokemon are normal choices. You picked left the default background. Not all of those things necessarily need to be changed, or even many! But as it stands, if we were to pull up the last couple of trainer threads, we'd find a fair number of completely different trainers that are nearly identical, functionally! Right now your biggest quality is that you did a really nice job putting this together, and I believe you can do really good work by branching slightly more out conceptually!
