Theoretically you can get 6IV if you reset enough times, but your chances are near infinitesimally small. You are guaranteed 3 at the very minimum. Lead with a Synchronize mon of the nature you want and you'll have a much easier time catching one with the IV spread you want.

You don't need a high IV ditto if you have a friend with ditto in their safari.
Just grab a few with various IVs and then breed what you want until they have those, breed another one with a different ditto, and continue that process.
Eventually you'll get pokemon with the IVs you want.
