If you're using ORAS, horde training is a bit different, you'll want a Tropius, since it learns Sweet Scent and Razor Leaf naturally, as well as Fly and Earthquake to round out the grinding movepool.
As for the hordes you want to find to grind certain stats in particular, I think there's a nuggerbridge guide for the exact locations.
