Requesters are free to request what they wish, but avoid bumping your request every half hour as it’s only going to put people off; try giving it an hour or more. Also, avoid asking for the same thing every thread. Have some patience and come back to it later. Please provide references in ONE image, especially when requesting something outside of the Pokémon universe. Meteor Mash is a physical attack and Clafairy is really lacking in that stat.. Not to mention Solid Rock and Rhyperior's immense defense and HP stats. Although the picture is drawn well, it sucks really hard because of how inaccurate it is. Additionally, when has a Pokemon ever bled? The artist may as well have drawn a Basculin using V-Create to defeat Ho-oh. It is utter shite.

You might be slow, but the more time you spend on it the better it will be. Rushing things isn't good. Mine does look kinda rushed but that's because I'm just a shitty animator.
I tend to make sketches of the entire flipnote on layer c and then trace it on a different layer so it looks cleaner. But it does take me quite a while.

If you really really want to use that style then start by studying it, copy a few pages maybe the ones that you think look real good and cool, BUT BEFORE THAT!
You need the basics, you should start with simple cubes, spheres and other simple objects and then start to draw lots of nudes (helps a lot for anatomy + shading) if possible DO NOT use pics but go to drawing courses where you have a irl naked model otherwise you will learn stuff way more slowly and pictures have a slightly distorted perspective etc etc
Once you're done with the basics think about what you want to do again, if you want to practice more to improve your style and make it look more like the MGS one (if you choose this, see: beginning of this post) or if you want to do a comic using some other style you're into at the time you're done with the basicsofart journey
