I've come up with a project that is, by it's nature impractical and pointless, and at the moment for me, impossible.
I want to get a Gen 3 Eevee, and get all the ribbons I can practically get and transfer it along to my OR file and evolve it to a Sylveon.
Because what better pokemon to put a shitload of ribbons on than the one with ribbons built in?
But I'm wondering what all I could get.
Obviously the Championship ribbons, but would I be able to get all the Contest ribbons with an Eevee? Is there even any point in doing the Gen 3 contests and then bringing it back to Hoenn and doing it again in Gen 6?

What egg moves should I go for on sneasel?

Fake Out, Pursuit and Icicle Crash or Ice Punch are good choices
Icicle Crash hits harder and doesn't make contact, which is nice but only has 90% accuracy. It can also flinch which is hilarious when it happens
Ice Punch isn't as powerful but has 100 accuracy and can freeze opponents potentially

I'm going for 4 moves since they're relearnable. Fake out is a good combo with the pickpocket ability. I recall reading somewhere that ice shard isn't relearnable unless you do something. I'm not sure what that is anymore.

Sneasel can learn Ice Shard naturally but Weavile can't. So it would have to learn Ice Shard as a Sneasel
If it ever forgets the move as a Weavile, it wouldn't be able to relearn it
But luckily it can have Ice Shard as an egg move so it could relearn it as a Weavile
Also Pickpocket only steals items if the Pokemon with the Ability gets hit, not the other way around
