The moon legend is probably one of the worst legends.
Solgaleo will be able to learn Roar of Time. Lunaala will learn Spacial Rend. Am I the only one who thinks this makes sense? It won't be the sig moves but it'll happen, right?

It just wouldn't make sense for all these things to relate to the moon and for the legendary representation of the moon to not be Fairy. It's as sure of a bet for me as the sun legend being part Fire.
I'm betting on Dark/Fairy and Fire/Electric (although I don't really feel confident about any of the secondary typing options for Solgaleo).

Not to say that it won't, but really, discounting the fact that it's in Sun version (which might not have as much to do with the legends as we think since most version names don't really have to do with types) what about its design says fire type at all?
A little bit if its mane glows orange in its animation, but the overall color of white and yellow don't really scream fire type.
Again, not to say it isn't. Reshiram is all white and its fire type isn't obvious (except when its tail ignites), but I'd like to see some other ideas

Lunaala looks like a dream catcher, being psychic is what makes most sense.
The Fairy secondary type is just because I think they will go gen4/5 style and give them a shared type.
I hate that the legendaries are likely all fairy types because they are lore-ridden and otherworldy. It's getting as bad as psychic.
I can see the moon legendary being ghost/dark, but since the moon is associated with fairies and not with 'evil' I guess that's not going to happen.

The sun lion will probably be mono-type Fire based on looks and lore. Maybe Fire / Dragon if Game Freak really felt the need to make it a dual-type.
As for the moon bat, I really have no clue. Some mix of Flying, Ghost, Dark, and Fairy seems most likely.

It's kinda redundant when Fighting, Normal, Fairy, Psychic and Steel already cover everything a prospective Light type would cover. Most realistic imo is Sound type followed by some kind of Space type.
