Is there anybody on who might be able to help me out? I'm trying to breed a shiny Scolipede, and I'd like to use two Venipede parents because it produces eggs faster than Venipede+Ditto would and I think it has a higher chance to pass Speed Boost. The female I have has 31 SAtk instead of Atk, though, so I need a foreign 5IV female with Speed Boost to breed with.
If anyone is willing to breed one up for me, I'll provide the parents you need, and you can keep them afterwards. They are 5IV Speed Boost Venipedes in Dream Balls with Spikes, TSpikes and Pin Missile. I need a non-German one.

Does anyone know if the base happiness change caused by the friend ball applies to freshly hatched Pokémon or Pokémon when they are moved to another game or is it only when first caught?
