Balls are determined by their compatibility with the pokemon. In the case of aggron, the hidden ability is useless so you can use apicorn balls.
Heavy ball or safari ball are the appropriate balls.
Since you caught a shiny in ORAS, I would just modify it to be hatched today on victory road instead of found at level 37

At most an hour and change if starting from scrach. Breeding for shinies is your own problem. Specific ball is a non issue with some careful planning. Gender is a 50/50, you'll hit your mark plenty of times unless it's something skewed, like fennekin. And I play on Battle Spot often, so hacks have no place there unless you want to get banhammered.

I can't believe people defend time-wasting. An hour and change is WAY under what it takes to get a 5IV. An hour if you get lucky and roll a higher IV each time, sure.
