I use paint tool SAI personally. I hear FireAlpaca is a nice free alternative to it. Also GIMP is free if you like Photoshop. Or you can just pirate stuff.

I've used both sai and firealpaca and they're practically the same, sai is more popular and you can find lots of brushes to mess around with more easily though so I switched to that. I also use AZpainter sometimes for things like quick sketches or doodles, but it's mostly sai with me.
azpainter and firealpaca are free but you'll have to buy/pirate sai
gimp and photoshop I like less as they aren't as userfriendly in my opinion, but I know ps lets you use a bunch of cool filters and stuff that you don't have with sai.

OR here, maybe I should've said, I really really dislike shiny Gardy, mostly due to blue being my most disliked color of all of them, hehe. So I'd absolutely LOVE if you made her green, which on the other hand, is my favorite color. Blue really fits the whole "Deus Ex" theme, but I really dislike shiny gardy.
The head looks pretty solid and has improved a lot over the first version, but body looks sadly, worse, while you took a step in the right directing making the overall shape of it more "Gardevoir-esq", the shoulders are really weird looking, I can't put my finger on it to show what's exactly wrong, but it does look weird. The arms are really thick, Gardevoir arms start thin and start getting thicker as it reaches elbow length, they could be made more thin. The neck looks uncannily long again, maybe it could be shortened just by a bit, but it's a big improvement over the first version as well. And finally, the spike looks way too thick and short, that's mostly a pet peeve, but the spike could be a lot more thin and longer.
Overall, the artwork got improved a lot over the first iteration, although that doesn't mean it has a lot of things that still could use improvement. Sorry if I come out as a little rude and demanding, considering it's a request and not a commission.

A few threads ago, an anon was so kind as to draw this request for me - I'm sorry for saying thank you so late! This is fantastic, I just made that request while very tired (right before bed I think) and...I forgot about it. But I just remembered now! Fortunately it was still in the archive.
And to that anon, since you were wondering about that strategy that inspired the request:

On turn one, Belly Drum with Darm and Tailwind with Togekiss. After that, just have Togekiss tank priority with Follow Me so that Darmanitan can annihilate with Rock Slide and Earthquake. Fire Punch hits a single target hard if the second foe isn't a threat. Light Screen for Special bulk if necessary, Roost to keep on truckin'.
Obviously this strategy will either work perfectly or fail entirely, it all depends on what the foe does on that first turn they're on the field together. That's why I invest Speed on Darmanitan, just in case things go tits-up with Togekiss and he needs to be able to hold his own, speed-wise.
