Nah anon, it's not the hacking that bothers me. Even if I wanted to inject, I can't use Homebrew anymore thanks to updating. It's stuff like the rule against Friend Safaris. Again, not something that effects me directly, but I find it a little ridiculous how cockblocked other anons get for innocently asking for Friend Safaris when there isn't even anything close to a general for it, at least, to my knowledge.
Rules or no, I doubt something like that would shit up the thread nearly enough to cause problems.

As far as trading goes what pokemon are generally desired? Other than legendaries/starters obviously.
For example I just started OR and it's the first time I've played pokemon with the ability to do global trades buy from what I've seen so far in these threads the only thing people want are perfect IV mons.
So does anyone ever just want a specific mon regardless of stats/natures?

There isn't anymore because X/Y is mostly dead. Kinda like we also don't have secret base threads anymore though those died much much quicker. There are occasional /fsg/ threads but they either die rather quickly or hardly survive for a few days but with very little replies because someone kept bumping.
Basically Friend Safaris don't really work here anymore and the best bet is swallowing your pride and going to leddit for them. You can leave later anyway.

I take a pokemon someone traded with them, change their IV from imperfect to perfect, and hand it to you. I have a collection of a lot of different bred pokemon. It's no more hacked than a better dice roll when breeding. I use your shitty pokemon ID for the lottery game.

Everything else is what it is, but it makes no difference to me at all because I don't care about having perfect IV's. I just go with what I get and typically use the first pokemon that comes my way unless I want a shiny of it. Then I breed for it.
