I might sound like a broken record, but why does this exist? Who thought this was a good idea? Gen 5 may be my favorite in terms of Pokedex designs, but some things I just won't defend.

I don't understand why everyone gets so disgusted by Palpitoad. It's not like it's doing anything crazy with its design. Going from Tympole to Seismitoad would be way too big of a jump, so it's just a simple transition between the two that's not hurting anything. I'm not sure what people were expecting from it to get so outraged.
