I can give you a Jirachi, I have a bunch due to the Colosseum Bonus Disc. Post your FC and I'll trade one over. As for the other events, it's a waiting game and you don't need them for the game to recognize a complete Pokedex, but after a while of lurking and grabbing other events as they come up you might be able to trade for them. I got a Victini by trading one of the event Blazikenites before ORAS was launched, but most other trades you'll find here are Event for Event. That's why I grabbed 5 Hoopas.
As for the LiveDex itself, what I did was break it down by generations. My Bank is broken up as Kanto 1-6, Johto 1-4, etc. First I bred and traded for all the Kanto mons (everything except Mew is available Gen 6), then went to Johto, then Hoenn and so on. GTS is your best friend. Murkrow and Glameow for example were Gen 4 exclusive when I did mine pre-ORAS (I'm not sure if they still are) so I would put up random shit for those and check back in a few hours. I would grab randoms from Dragon safaris and that would usually work. Some might be a bit harder, but I needed a Huntail so I caught a Gorebyss and traded for that. You get the picture. Breaking it up by gen gives you that good feeling when you completed one whole section and makes it seem like less of a chore. I'd take breaks between Gens and then breed a bunch of shit, WonderTrade away rejects and keep everything I got in return except obvious junk or shit that I already had. So by the time I got to Sinnoh I had a load of shit I just dragged and dropped to fill that void.
If you have the Gen 5 games, I did the Unova dex there rather than in Gen 6 as it's easy to transfer everything up.

No problem! And I feel like they've actually made them quite a bit easier. You can get pretty much every single one in the wild now in gen 6, as opposed to having to go to dream world or grind hidden grottos. Which, let me tell you from experience, is nothing short of hell. 5% chance of something generating ever 256 steps, plus 20% chance of that thing being a Pokemon, plus 30% chance of a female. And then there's usually a few different Pokemon you can get, too, so trying to catch what you want takes forever.
Compared to that, water dexnav is no big deal.

No problem, with the Bonus disc it takes about an hour each to transfer up Jirachis so it's not too much to do three or four every weekend. Thanks for the Feebas, I've been meaning to do one for a long time but breeding 0Att Hexaperfects has taken up a long ass time, but I'm one mon away and then can restart on breeding competitive mons.

I tried doing it with someone else who was requesting a mon on AS but he would never show up as a friend on my XY so I thought it was because he was on ORAS. I guess that wasn't the case.
