Sorry, went over to my parent's house for dinner. You just load up Ranger, check the egg and transfer it over to Pearl or Diamond (I think it also works in Platinum, but it does NOT in HGSS). You'll need two DS consoles to transfer the egg. Then once it hatches it's just like migrating any other Pokemon to Gen 6.

There were events for Manaphy eggs in the other two Ranger games as well but you needed to download the bonus missions online, whereas it was programmed into the cart in the first game. Since Gen 4/5 wi-fi is down there is no way to get those missions anymore outside of the original Ranger.
Time to continue breeding for 0 Attack Males. Maybe I'll just play more OoT.

Why not Mystical Fire on delphox? It's already resistant to fairy and makes it a great clefable counter? Plus it counters most calm mind users, minus suicune, that rely on the boost for offense.
