The paint job on my Kyogre is atrocious.
I know it's a McDonald's toy, but when I was collecting Happy Meal toys as a kid they were much better quality. I guess they just don't make them like they used to? Haven't gotten Happy Meal toys in like 8 years.
It also has a semi-greasy texture right out the bag. Maybe it has to do with it being a water squirter and uses some kind of water repellent paint. I wiped it down and it's much better, but I can't remove the feel of it totally.
I want Groudon and Fug the most, so I hope I'll encounter one of those during the week.

Kyogre isn't terrible, but his paint job is far the worst, at least on mine. And he has some special water repellent paint that gives it a semi-greasy texture right out the bag. You'll have to wipe it down a lot to get it feeling clean.
