So why wasn't Yu the most pissed off at Namatame? He had the most reason to be personally furious at him because Namatame hurt Nanako. Saki was never even Yosuke's girlfriend, he just liked her, and yet he was ready to kill Namatame.
If anything, Naoto should've been the most rational one. She's actually a professional detective and has less a connection to Nanako since she has not known her as long as the others have. Wouldn't it have been more interesting if she was the one to calm you down and the dialogue options are between you and her and her helping you and everyone else realize that something doesn't sit right? She's even the one who brings that up to begin with! Since she talks about Adachi's comment on Namatame's diary.
At least the anime kinda made this better since Yu actually does end up nearly murdering him and then he realizes that there's still more to the story.

First playthrough, start of october here.
I normally burn out of RPGs and have to take a multi-week break every 20~ hours, but I just haven't been able to stop, I don't really have a problem with tartarus, hama/mudo are easy to deal with, and AI party isn't nearly the game ruiner people have claimed it to be.

First month I think I went 3 times.
After that I never needed to go more than twice.
Run past everything, try to fight the miniboss, if it murders you back down and clear floors, try to only fight bigger groups/stronger enemies, since fatigue works on number of fights won (Escapes also don't count, so if you run into a shitty fight with a single weak enemy its better just to run).

Use literally every character throughout the game (or rather once you reach Rise at least). Make sure you've had every character knock down every possible number of enemies as you can and gotten BOTH lines. For Naoto, this means using items because she can't normally knock down more than one enemy. Make sure everyone gets every status effect, too.

Because every rank needs a certain level of points to advance. Say rank 5 requires 10 points. Every decision you make can add points. Choose the right answers you may hit or surpass 10, so next time you link, you'll get the next rank. If you don't have the right number of points, you need to earn them by spending time with them. Having a Persona of the matching Arcana (so a magician Persona for Kenji, for example) in your stock will add bonus points. As will having maxed charm.
