Marie's, just finish before the end of December. Adachi will lock at something like rank 6 or 7. Eventually it will start to auto-update and then later you're given the choice to see him by yourself or not. Go alone. True ending just involves finishing the final dungeon on the last day. On the last day, after saying all of your good-byes, just go visit Junes.
