Easier said than done since I don't think she'll be able to expend all her incandescence sunlights "properly" if she has a strict 5 second window instead of said 5 second window being refreshed upon expending a stack of that stuff.
at level 6, her old magic damage with full sunlight (ignoring autos despite the Q) was 610. Her new magic damage at six with full sunlight (again ignoring phys damage) would be 645; all you need to outdamage old sunlight possibility is to proc five sunlights.
The only issue again is that it's super easy for leona to overwrite sunlights now apparently, and that incandescence could be hard to actually use come lategame without sinking gold into a dumb item like triforce. I'd really love if her incandescence behaved like lux ult, some dude mentioned that to me and I loved the idea immediately but neither of us got influence on riot I think so eh.
