I played 450k mastery points worth of Lee Sin but have never gotten over a 55% win rate on him. Matchmaking for Dynamic teams is objectively fucked and it doesnt work unless every premade has another (nearly) identical premade to play against, which simply isn't the case.

If you get another 10%, you lose 10% of the remaining cd, or in this case 10% of 90%. So two 10% CDR items would bring you to 81%.
I don't know maybe this is a terrible idea but it'd make CDR more of an investment.
