Is it better to harass the back line like tracer or go for elims. I usually target the support and then harass the tank to bait him into fighting me. My M1 shots are accurate but rarely solo kill, i use them to wear down targets my team are focusing on or finishing off enemies
When is an ideal time to use his ult as a rule of thumb, again I always target the mercy and with his ult it's a guaranteed kill at least. I usually time it around my team mates ults so that no one really focuses on me. It's also more of a risk going in with the weeb dragons with all enemies anticipating you jumping around with it
