However, hook's hitbox is generous but that's because projectile hitboxes are generous. I would rather be able to airstrafe when caught to make hook+meatshot+melee less braindead and require some prediction instead of being "press shift and hold M1 to win".

I've looked everywhere but couldn't find an answer. I know it's still locked because the game stays on 30FPS from ultra to low settings so it's not a coincidence. My screen refresh rate is set to 60fps so I know that's not the issue either.

Why are the ults so poorly balanced? You have ults like Hanzo's kill everything in a straight line, you have bastion's left click to kill anything. And then you have Tracer's bomb that's not powerful enough to kill the only people slow enough to consistently get stuck with it.
