windrest shifts a lot, lately red has become the dominant faction, mostly due to chinese mafia/gangster credit card squad joining red and causing a bunch of people to defect and the dominant blue clan, codex, being pretty much dead these days.
It also doesn't help that ssp is so dead these days that it usually has 3/4 channels, which leads to reds messing with blue mining, and the eventual retaliation that prevents pretty much everyone from doing any mining at all.
