Give administrative ownership of relays to the best performing clans and alliance after every Fomorian attack, allowing them to vote on how the relay should be ran.

-rework the entire UI structure so every menu has as much info on it as possible and you can get from any submenu to any other in a maximum of 3 clicks.
-remove all energy leech/drain abilites/sources form the enmies and enviroments, and remove current passive energy regen methods, mods. Caster frames now have a built in always active energy regen, and some enemies, or any enemies killed by certain abilites are guaranteed to drop energy orbs. energy stored increases dmg or shields or hp or certain passives on frames based on % (so regardless if your max energy is 50 or 700 the scale goes form 0-100%)
-Rework enemy spawn mechanics to guarantee/prevent certain situations (always at least 2 live core carrying mob on extractions, always a few orb-granting enemies, no sudden 6 bombard and 7 healers...),
-tied to the above introduce "enemy wave types" as in for 1 minute most if not all enemies are meeles, then the next minute hordes of fodder, then the next, less but tougher eneims in diferent combinations (2 bombards under a frost eximus, cat/dogmasters protecting each other while the pets do work, or even a boss appearing Vor style...)
-tweak enemy dmg and Ai so under no circumstance can the the time for the player to die from full hp/shield go below 1-2 seconds (enemies with hitscan weapons pause for a bit when their targets hp is below 10%, dot effects work on targets maxhp/shield% rather than flat value...)
-make enemy threats visually wivid and clearly identifiable well BEFORE they have the ability to deal damage, so teh player have time a chance react
-fix host migration to be able to work when the host disconnects mid-session
-fix mathcmaking so 4 out of 5 "finds" wont be blanks, locking navigation/or party window
All the above (sans maybe the UI rework) should take no more than a week to a competent dev, tehn a month of playtesting to get it just right which shold be done on a seperate, open beta server.
