Except that the only decks that can side Pandora's, would be extra deck less decks. Since you can't just remove decks from your extra deck while siding without replacing them with something.
Meaning that if you have an extra deck you can't just go extra deck less for the following rounds.
So it's basically just Monarchs/Qliphorts that forgoes the extra deck that even has the option to side it. I have a really hard time seeing Monarchs play it at all though. If this card is to see any play at all, it'll be in Qliphorts. But we'll see.
