No. Monks are hated because they are a shit class, and worse than that, they have a stigma around them of not wanting to support. A monk's strength lies in the ability to deal some nice Strike damage while still being a supportive class and healing etc, but many monks refuse to heal/buff stating that they are a damage class and it isn't their role.

130 is nice to sit your alts at since getting a char to 200 for dungeon rushing takes much longer than 130
175 sucks balls as does 190 when only talking about loot.
175 can't really be rushed and doesn't have many people who even do them, 190 has the same 1% altogether (0.5%+0.5%) for something decent as 130 except that sissel is only worth 1-2mil compared to peta. Even if you include max peta, thats still only a single additional percent value for 1/6 of the value of a peta
