Mozu kills better, being a Sniper and has better offensive growths. Niles, like Selena, is a decent combat unit with high utility as a Bow Knight. Use both. I don't feel that Nina should replace Niles since he can still hold his own as a Bow Knight (Shurikenbreaker really helps their combat) and she fills out the niche role better (Shining Bow! Adventurer).
Also I'm not seeing how great Takumi is for anything other than AS and one-shotting regular Ninjas on PP. Playing Rev and he can only get confirmed kills on regular wimpy mooks like Ninjas or Outlaws. He's just too slow and pretty meh if not for his stupidly OP bow that gives him pre-Sniper promotion crits. Made Mozu an Archer and she's much faster while dealing only a bit less damage each shot, hence she doesn't feel "unfair" to me. He's pretty mediocre with a normal bow.

I think the creator forgot to add in the Orochi buff or something since she still starts out at level 7 with D rank and a regular scroll instead of level 10 with buffed stats and a Calamity Gate like they said. I still think it's fine since if you don't play like a retard, you don't even have to use Rescue to get to her and the gang. She's fairly easily to get going too. Despite being dragged down because of her tits, she has been getting much better offensive level ups than Hayato, who alternates between Str and Mag. He can always double reliably at least, but the hitrates can get questionable.
