The customs are the best once you have it all modded out.
Just keep Offshore Gambling until you get what you want. You can increase the chances of getting the mods you want by getting rid of all the weapons in your inventory you never use (chances of getting a mod for a weapon you actually own are increased). Also: Don't install any mods you don't care about, but don't sell them either (once you have 2 of the same mod uninstalled and sitting in your inventory, you'll never get that mod again, and you'll get something you don't have).

When the assault starts, a Cloaker will drop into a store from an A/C vent.
If you stand in the alley in the back between the Pear and 24/7 stores, a Cloaker will probably spawn in one of the two (make sure to stand on the manhole or else a Cloaker might climb out of that).
Shoot the Cloaker a bit to half health or whatever and wait for him to jump through the window and blast him out of the air. I did on OVK.

But in general, your build as it stands seems to be headed strictly in a "I want to kill stuff real good hurrrrrrr" direction. All well and good except you don't do jack shit otherwise. No drill skills, no C4, no ammo bags, no meds, no turrets, no Inspire, NOTHING. You don't bring anything to the table except a shotgun. A very nice shotgun, mind you, but you hit a point where you can already kill so good that any more points in killing even better is wasted.

Socio is tricky to get right but it's ok, and crook is excellent at the moment.
Hitman....is actually better than I expected, since I decided to take my latest infamy level-up with it. It's a bit weaksauce with a few pistol bonuses you don't really need mixed with a hard-to-leverage armor bonus. If it did something like restore 10% health on killing a special or something, it'd be pretty fun. Hel, I'm having fun with iton OVK, at least
