I want to say no but every seeded speedrun is just "azazel + tammy's head + damage up" rather than coming up with an interesting route involving any of the level skips you can do like finding the shovel and routing out which batteries to get.
But then again if you're not using a seeded run you're not really speedruning,that's just playing isaac normally.

Just throw her in with almost any tank.
I love running her with a Leper because he's a tanky self healing mother fucker and even more so when she can force a guard on him for the 25% protection. Then a hellion and arbalest to hit the back/midline as is important in any Leper lineup.
Spam her +dodge ability a lot and you won't be needing to heal that often in the first place.

Say you have a Magnum and a Dungeon Eagle, they would use the same ammo. If you have a Vertebrek-47 and an Ak-47 they use Rifle ammo.
That kind of system would remove a lot of ammo issue because taking one box would fill the entire thing, and the amount of ammo you can carry for each type of weapon is increased the more of that weapon type you have.
Say the base level with one gun of that type will have a 200 ammo capacity, if you get another one of that gun type it increases by 100 or more depending on your passives.
