Nerfing frost is the wrong way to go. They should BUFF frames to be equally good, not nerf them so they're equall bad.
For example, instead of having duration, Volt shields should have hp similar to frost, and by hitting the shield with Volt's Shock, it "recharges" the shield and nearby shields.
That and increase the angle and curvature of the shield that way it can actually cover objectives.
Boom. Now volt can actually be useful, maybe not frost teir good at defense, but with that he can actually compete.
Another example would maybe be give Ivara a slow/status proc effect to enemies that enter her bubble/cross her zip lines. Again, not as simple as snow globe, but adds options.

the damage fall-off on blade storm is very real but has absolutely nothing to do with armor, it's simply because it deals flat damage (though it can scale with power strength, melee combo multiplier, meleedelete this, and ash's passive for the procs) and it counts as a power for purposes of mitigation by ancient bullshit auras

Fuck. Nullifiers should also be immune to friendly Ancient and Eximus auras. It still triggers me that hitting a nullifier bubble actually counts as a fucking miss, so it shits on your accuracy score. The one thing I tried to keep up all this time. My overall accuracy is soon going to fall below 50% for the first time ever, solely because of fucking nullifiers. Hell, before nullifiers (and the fact that DE added accuracy stats to sentinel weapons and melee weapons), my overall accuracy was over 70%. That's with 2k+ hours.
Also, the fact that you can never actually hit with the Simulor, but it still counts accuracy, so EVERY shot counts as a miss. It doesn't ignore the accuracy stat like continuous weapons do.

Being an onlooker to this... "discussion", I feel the need to point out how impossible that qualification is to breach. These threads will have difficulty reaching your nebulous "enough players" qualification (we're lucky to break 100 IPs most threads, and we all know a lot of it is shitposting). As for the arguments being retarded, as you pointed out to the previous dissenters, that is something purely judged by you.
So you have a situation where legitimate criticism can fall under your "not enough players" condition and any other time where multiple people give different views, you can counter with "pants-on-head retarded" because they're too busy arguing with themselves to formulate something you deem sufficient. That means the guide isn't really anything people have input on.

The "enough players" and "pants-on-head-retarded" clause was only for suggestions I disagree with. For example, I dislike using Firequake on Ember, but enough people like using it that I felt compelled to add it to the guide. I also dislike using Limbo for Spy/Rescue missions (Loki is much faster) but enough people do that I also added it to the guide.
One person saying one thing can be enough of a reason for something to be added to the guide, e.g. Atlas farm vs. Sentients, and Creeping Terrify Nekros also got added because one person said it was good (I later tested it, and it was decent).
