I just want to know what criterion was used to assign the votes, who decided on it, who exactly was involved in each aspect of the contest (specifically which was the role of ragtag in the whole process) who voted, how many votes were cast and to whom.

I saw the number of entries as they arrived, but did not check entries until the end of the period.
I described how votes were assigned when we did a test run when voting for best types. Points were assigned in a modified Borda count. In one person's vote, they would rank five people. Their first preference got 1 point, their second preference got 1/2, their third got 1/3, their fourth 1/4, their fifth 1/5, and those afterwards got 0.
There were 27 voters who voted in the MCC category (everyone) did). I did not vote.
