I don't think doubling really exists in this game, you can get first strike which will give your entire party an extra turn basically. But I believe speed probably affects your hit rate, and luck your evade and possibly your chances of activating a duo arts or ad lib performance

A few outfits had cleavage covered up, pantie shots got changed into black voids, and a section of the story relating to swimsuits/gravure modeling was changed more to street/general fashion modeling, but the premise of it is the same.
