after 15 hours of grinding, finally got all my members bonds. Almost done completing 1/3 of the map, afraid to talk with special NPCs because manpower is a but low.
Someone actually gave a useful tip about getting bonds quicker by resetting your character, giving them love potions and it only took me 2-3 high level maps to get their bonds

And if you want to learn how all you do is take the image, scale it down in Ms Paint (using 80x64 dimensions) add some dark lines and clear up parts that didn't generate well because they were too uh, too complex I guess. sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I think this one worked really well

Fundaments Shrine. The top left statue reset the activating chara to level 1 if he pay 1000g. Which's roughly 20 ransoms. It got a bit better now cause of more location and better tier ransom but back when I only had up to Knightwood Copse to grind gold, it was hell. Like 90% of level 2 spent on grinding gold hell.

An early source of poison is Onyx gems. They can be ransomed off Grotesques. There's one spawned at the ruined homestead.

You need to go to the Seaside Congregation then. I couldn't remember which one was first.
Step two is the Military Facility.
Step three starts at Marsaven. The longer you take to finish the "quest" the better the reward (stop when it leaves you at 1 hp).
Step four takes place in either the Isolated Forge or Steelweaver Tomb. You need to have completed them first and go there alone.
Final step happens in Queen's Abbey alone with Nazar.
There's also a bonus scene in Earth Berm Inn. Bring two special characters for more dialogue.

Check your CustomSprites folder if you have him recruited. It seems to have generated images containing all the character sprites of the map you last loaded in to. Take the sprite out of AA-CustomSprites and place it in PCCustom.

I'm not quite sure how services and manpower work.
In order to have a quartermaster or blacksmith or whatever, I need to have surplus manpower so I can hire them. The surplus is whatever total manpower you have minus the upkeep of your current stronghold. That much I understand.
Do I need to maintain that surplus to keep my hired services in my band? If I hire someone, but never get rid of them, do I need to worry about the surplus needed to initially hire them?

what stats do I get for an archer character? I got that bow that attacks multiple times, but it has no physical stat and my character has low fight so it ends up not doing much damage. should I keep putting points into hunt, or start putting them in fight?
