McCree's nerf didn't really change anything about Pharah vs McCree and Widow's nerf means she has 30 more HP than before if Widow misses the headshot.
It's a small buff.
But the reality of it is that Pharah is really good and was really good before, the problem is that McCree was so incredibly overpowered there was no reason to pick any othero ffense heroes. Now there are actual niches to fill and Pharah is one of, if not the best offense hero in Attack due to her mobility and ability to attack from any angle.

Well it really depends on what you want to achieve.
For instance, maybe some piece of your portfolio is dividends stocks or those you're going to be holding for decades, in that case you really don't want to be looking at their market value so much - it'll drive you crazy. In other situations, maybe you want to check in less often, or maybe check in every day. But ultimately, you don't want to let any feelings get in the way of decisions. Want to git gud with McCree after the nerf? You're going to have to headshot people.
Try this: Make a custom game on a KOTH map and set the enemy team to have four easy Soldiers. I prefer Lijiang Towers for this because of the medpack locations and short walk to the point. Focus on headshots and don't use deadeye. Don't be afraid to practice flashbang-headshot on them, as this is now an integral part of McCree gameplay and is surprisingly easy to fuck up under pressure.
Easy soldier AI has 250 health but does reduced damage. Four of them have enough dps to put a semi realistic pressure on you so that it feels like an actual game, and the 250 health makes it so headshot-bodyshot won't kill them outright increasing the focus on getting headshots.

Yesterday the teams were constantly grouped and points went back and forth.
Today teams never grouped and even when they did they couldn't dish out enough damage to push into anything.
I've been stuck with tanking and healing since everyone's picking their mains and refusing to do anything else but solo the entire enemy team.

I started solo queuing and trying to find the best hero to just carry. I thought Lucio would be good, but people can't left click and never group on you, so you're pretty much useless.
I've been back on Mcree and Soldier and it seems ok, but it's still not enough.
What do you guys do? I'm at shit MMR right now, I'm generally MUCH better than the players I'm with, but that's not saying much, I get beat up pretty good when I queue with my mid-high MMR friends. .

I think they should rework her to heal with shields. Make it so that she can no longer grant bonus shields, but she instead fills missing health with shields, although at a slow rate (something like 10 shields per sec) then she could effectively stay in a healing support role, although the power of her turrets or the amount of them would have to be brought down a little.
One simple change made so much difference for me. Put roadpigs hook on rightclick. First game 16 kill streak, second potg, next 3 I also did a lot better then before.

The problem I have with hero stacking is that it is a balance nightmare. What happens when you nerf a hero that is insane when stacked but "ok" by themselfs? If the single use hero is super weak then it won't be picked in a stack or at all.
