That's not good, you should preferably have enough for 10 turns at least. You do only have units that you have buildings for in each army right? That upkeep reduction is important early on. By the time I got to -7k I had 5 armies and enough to maintain them for tens of turns without income. You should probably find a juicy target to sack pretty quickly. With sack boosts you can get 30-50k from the right settlement.

In addition to the dlc numbers they also found starting locations of the factions.
Dunno the link atm, but Tomb Keks and Chaos Dorf are in (also Skaven, Orges and so on)
The first expansion would bring High Elves, Dark Elves and Lizardmen and the last expansion Khorne, Nurgle, Tzeentch and Slaanesh Demons as their own factions.
Dunno if CA really changed the release order but I'm 99% sure the factions will stay that way.
