I've seen it on /v/ a couple of times, mentioned in passing. It's pretty recent and unique, albeit with a somewhat obtuse learning curve in the very beginning (the dev straight up tells you to read the manual, as there's no tutorial). Once you learn the rules, though, it's engaging andfun.

Shotgun Ninja is another good game by him. Ad Nauseum 2, Burn the Trash, and Protoganda: Strings are nice little, experimental SHMUPs (well, some aren't exactly little, as they can take awhile to beat - but they have a minimalist presentation to them).
