Zephyr provides low CC compared to other frames, nonexistant damage, her shield is ok (turbulence required), not enough stuff for a C+
Trinity makes everything redundant, infinite energy and health, B is too low
Volt has one of the best CC skills right now, plus indestructible shields, plus retarded powercreep stats in the prime version, C+ is too low
Nekros utility is higher than a D, Creeping Terrify is a better slow than M Prime
Equinox is not a Damage frame, it's a infinite scaling damage frame with buff capabilities, better sleep skills than Ivara, perma slow+dmg reduction aura + mediocre heal. Change it to Damage, Buff, Utility, CC.

Tonkor Zephyr is still an underdeveloped frame. You can rollstomp with Tonkor with any Warframe. Stop being a Tonkor fag.
Volt stun duration and range is absurd high. Makes sortie level mobile defenses/rescues and other shittier mission types trivial and boring. Capacitance augment is also retarded, you can heal your can give your whole team max overshields in seconds even if they're on the other edge of the tileset.
Equinox does not suck at those other roles, bet you didn't even try it. Her slow aura is like a permanent molecular prime but with added damage reduction, her sleep is faster and last longer than Ivara's. She can give up to 80% power strength to the whole team. On top of that she has some shitty heals. Equinox is not damage frame, is damage+buff+sleep+slow frame. Using Equinox just for damage just points how little idea of the game you have.
Ember's CC is not shit. High range knockdowns, constant fire procs, stun from accelerant, even fire blast makes enemies fly.

Turbulence boosts Tonkor's power by a noticeable margin as well as gives her decent survivability. The reason that it depends so heavily on Tonkor is the reason I DIDN'T give her a higher rating

1 Slot and 11 capacity points for 1500 hp and some damage reduction on your 300 health pool is not worth it. I'd rather use that slot for raw strength that increases my Avalanches dmg and armor reduction, or simply efficiency to recast as many globes as you want.
In a build with Overextended (negative str) armor will be even more wrose for HP increase than raw power str for obvious reasons.

Because efficiency and a touch of range are better, followed by both armor mods, a flow and then you toss in some strength with room that's left over. You can completely eschew strength if you wanted to because of how stacking and invuln works, but you don't have to because you have room for intensify and transient.
The phrase why not both is rather applicable here. Frost can use two armor mods and two strength mods, a flow, fleeting expertise and a semi ranked streamline, plus a stretch, along with a drift of you exi'd him. You want chilling globe? Drop your intensify because it's only 30% and globe is spammable. If you wanna toss in a QT then dump your other strength mod and let efficiency and stacking do the work.

I run a Chilling Globe build with 128% duration (~10 seconds freeze duration on both Globe and Avalanche) 190% range, 130% efficiency (+ maxed Zenurik school), 155% str. Primed Flow and a free slot for an armor mod, yes, but that would be 10k hp instead of 7.7k hp, I don't see such a huge increase honestly.

I use minimum duration without Chilling Globe. I don't like to run Chilling Globe precisely because it needs duration. I like to spam Globe using FE, and Globe pushes enemies out when you cast it.
I don't think there's a "Best build." If you want loadsa range, use OE. If you want to use Chilling Globe, add duration. If you want pure globe health, you go armor+efficiency. That's one of the reasons why I stray away from exact mod choices and just create guidelines, and in fact the pastebin guidelines are general enough for all these builds.

Just tested PP Equinox and it was about as sub-par as I expected.
Modding for PP is a huge fucking pain. Getting max range using OE is difficult if you want to hit 200% power strength for slow cap. Pic related was the best I could get, and it still doesn't have enough room for Cunning Drift, AND duration is gimped for Sleep, AND it doesn't hit efficiency cap (I doubt it's sustainable if you don't have Zenurik). It's even worse when you compare it to MP, because it has significantly less range, takes a while to charge, AND MP doubles your damage.
so yeah, fuck PP Equinox. The best thing I can say about it is that it's easier to maintain with the introduction of Zenurik

Well, it looks like the Lunaro update has broken my launcher, as it's stuck on 4.6 MB remaining. After leaving it a while, I tried verifying the files which prompted Steam to redownload the entire game without warning me and with no option to cancel or reverse it. Coincidentally, in the middle of last week my ISP started suffering a country-wide shutdown (they still haven't made any statement on that issue) so I've spent most of yesterday and today downloading eleven gigabytes of Warframe at 50-200 KB/s with complete dropouts lasting a minute or more every two or three minutes.
Once that download was complete, Warframe (which still had the SoI splash screen) started checking for new content, to discover an 8.6 MB update. This took forty minutes or so to download and, after that was finished, the Warframe launcher restarted and loaded up with the new Lunaro splash screen before checking for content once again. This time, it discovered a 1050 MB update, presumably the Lunaro phase of U19. Again, this began to download at 50-200 KB/s with complete dropouts every five minutes - however, the Warframe updater sadly appears not to be as robust as that of Steam's, as a dropout caused the launcher to crash and display an error message. Thus, every five minutes I had to come back, close the launcher, wait for it to finish thinking for a little, then reopen Warframe and set it going again. Downloading 20-60 MB chunks in this manner, I spent most of today doing that, however upon reaching 4.6 MB again the download stopped and after opening and closing it about a dozen times it now seems to have no intention of finishing.
Having spent more than twenty hours this weekend suffering at the incompetence of three different tech companies, and having realised that I've done it all for a game that's about as satisfying to play as is watching its download progress, I think I've gone cold turkey and am finally free from this curse. Goodbye /wfg/, I hope you can be free soon too.

Why does the shield drain energy anyway. It lasts just as long, blocks exactly the same amount of bullet, so feeding it more energy doesn't make sense especially because it becomes smaller when picked up. You can move it around, yes, but you can only use your secondary weapon while you hold the shield. It's just downsides, you can spend that energy better by just spawning more, stationary shields.
