I'm not even rank 20 yet and started queueing with my friends that are about 50-60, and have been getting completely obliterated playing pharah, mei, or dva.
How the fuck do i git gud at this game? Preferably with those three characters, but just in general. I thought I was doing pretty good since I had a pretty decent win rate playing alone, but then I realized everyone else in my rank just fucking sucks. That's not to say that I'm good though.
Also, I've started to notice that my aiming is really pretty shitty. I can generally hit another player, but I just don't do well getting headshots / body shots etc. Any way to practice that shit better than just playing the game?

His turret gets instagibbed if it's too much in the open, but if it's not it won't shoot at anything and thus not charge your ultimate. Also it will get instagibbed.
Your ultimate is your life blood, but it depends largely on how effective you and more importantly your turrets are

D.Va is a pointblank range attacker. Use your boost to get really close to your target and unload in their face. Then defense matrix when the enemy is putting too much heat on you and then boost away to safety and do it again. It's not about the shield->damage conversion.
It's about her stupidly low CD shields. You can't always afford to just stop hitting somebody, especially super valuable targets like ulting Pharah or Reaper.
