-Base stats are superb for her join time (end of Ch.13). Starts at lvl 1;HP30 STR23+2 MAG4 SKL17 SPD19 LCK14 DEF22 RES6
-Personal skill "In Extremis" (+30 crit when HP is below 1/4) is risky, but since Scarlet has decent skill, the crits should come easily enough.
-Has an extra Heart Seal option giving her the Outlaw and Knight lines on top of her initial class
-Noteworthy skills: Every skill in the Wyvern lines are good, Pavise(General), Luna/Armored Blow (GK) and Shurikenbreaker (Bow Knight).
Bad:
-STRICTLY Kamuisexual. No supports otherwise which is fucking bizarre since we all know Lobster Man wanted to bag that ass up
-Low HP gains. Def is also below average for a Wyvern Lord, so be careful before trying to utilize "In Extremis"
-Needed serious fleshing out as a character. Don't even try her in Revelations unless you're trying to wife her within the 2 chapter span that you'll have her.
Ugly: Even if you think she is, she could probably break your dick in the sack so that's gotta count for something.
Food for Thought:
I may seem a bit biased when comparing the pros and cons, but she's just THAT good in Birthright.
She's got the speed and strength to double a lot of enemies with very heavy hits, but just be careful before throwing her at the front of your squad line. Although Wyverns normally have great defense, Scar's is kinda meh. Its good enough to make "In Extremis" a realistic tactic, but not reliable enough to consider her a serious walling unit unless RNG was kind to you.

My reasoning for that is because Res is normally wyvern lords' biggest frailty, though I suppose that's a fair point.
One good way to fix this is by going Adventurer for a while and gaining Pass and Lucky 7 which is always just nice to have lyin' around. All in all though, Scarlet is far from a bonafide Res tank.
