The primed pressure point is not a better version of the normal pressure point, but it is if broken pressure point was made legendary instead of the normal one.
The other mod that did this is Primed Pistol Gambit, which they put inbetween the broken and whole version, because they were called out, and perhaps didn't make it like the whole because "the big numbers making you too op"
