Ok posting to help and also ask for help.
I was getting
"GameMain::LoadScene SceneWarning
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
when I tried to launch the game in the cmd prompt and I realized I'm dumb and didn't update to 1.31 after installing all the new updates and dlc, so it was working fine.
Then, I decided to try to install the Sybaris AIO and followed the steps to a T but it didn't work right so I put my reipatcher and unityinjector folders back in the main folder, ran dongfire patch, and decided to leave it for another time.
Now I am getting the same error and it won't let me run the updates to attempt to fix it, anyone have any idea what i could have done?

The clusterfuck is the HF guide and patch, which still insists on using obsolete garbage like ReiPatcher.
Drop Sybaris folders on game directory, drop mods/plugins in respective folders and it's done.

CM3D2 is actually MUCH more difficult to mod than AA2, even if you get to the point where you're fucking with and managing slots in AA2
Sybaris and UnityInjector and all that shit is just a nightmare and breaks your game, AA2 you just drag an archive into a folder click a button in aa2install or wizzard and you're good to go.
