Just a side-effect of getting Kuro, I heard that black cat formation is good for turtles too, or maybe that's just Kuro because he does 8 hits.
As for why I'm farming Kuro, he was my OG captain and my fave East Blue guy so I like using him. Know what their max special levels are? I've only got level 2 Siam and level 3 Kuro so far.
